Our Junior Fellows (in middle school), Fellows (in high school), and Alums build their skills during the year and work during the summer.

The Goals of paid work through READY TO WORK are to:

CONNECT
our Young Leaders, Fellows, and Alums to work experience that builds the background and workplace skills that can lead to future job opportunities;

INTRODUCE
our Fellows to potential mentors who can advise them about pathways to careers;

EDUCATE
workplaces about the talent that exists in communities they may not traditionally tap for talent.
