Monday 7/6/20– Today is the day before my first day of rise and shine. I don’t know how to feel but I’m excited and nervous at the same time. The only thing that I know is I am going to have to get used to waking up so early. But that’s not going to be a huge problem. Hopefully it helps my mind be more relaxed and help me with everything I usually don’t do around the house. I’m just hoping that it doesn’t get boring.

Tuesday 7/7/20 Day One- Today I woke up at 7:30 and I was ready but very tried. When I got on the zoom I was expecting tons of people but I seen only three people which was very unexpected. But the experience was good. The session helped me stretch out my body and made me feel better. But right after – to be honest – I took a nap.

Wednesday 7/8/20 Day Two– Today I feel like I know that I’m getting in to now and I’m feeling less tried than yesterday. Today there was more focus on breathing and stretching so it was really helping me at work that day. Still only like two people but I understand that some people just don’t wake up at around 8 so I’m getting used to that quickly.Again, I took a nap but that nap felt like I deserved it.

Thursday 7/9/20 Day Three I missed today and it felt like I disappointed someone because it was meant to be a commitment, but there’s no problem because I will be there at Friday on time.

Friday 7/10/20 Day Four– Today I feel good and ready. I know that  today is going to be a long day so I’m ready for anything right and I don’t really feel as tired as I did on Days one and two. The breathing exercises were different and a new experience but good overall. And after the yoga type of stretches I feel ready. Still took a nap but again I feel like I deserved it.
