Final presentations are a very special time at Ready to Work. At the virtual presentation, Fellows take time and space to reflect on their learnings from RTW University, their summer work experience, and areas of strength and challenge. In addition, Fellows are asked to discuss and set future goals. Fellows are required to make a formal presentation. Fellows invite whoever they feel they would like to attend – family members, supervisors, Club staff, RTW mentors. RTW Team members facilitate the conversation.
