This week’s challenge: sit-ups! 

Do the week 1 workout again this week following the video posted below and send a video of you doing as many sit-ups as possible by 5:00 this Saturday to BGCBinternships@gmail.com and we will send you a jumprope – make sure to register below if you haven’t already!

We will be working with trainers from the Celtics and Patriots!

All registered participants will receive a Nike gym bag and a Celtics water bottle.
